Our Process Framework

We utilize an approach that involves both in-person and virtual meetings with our clients. Here’s how the process typically unfolds:

Initial Call

This is a one-hour virtual meeting with the CEO or business unit president to review current performance and needed movement.

Interviews

The next step is 30-minute virtual calls with each of the senior executives to get their perspectives on team alignment and needed movement.

On-site Meeting

The calls lead to a two-hour on-site meeting where we share our observations and introduce some core models. This is not a sales meeting but rather a working session.

No Charge

Everything outlined above we do free of charge for prospective clients. We put skin in the game and let you gain experience before any agreement is signed.

Annual Schedule

Our initial work typically leads to annual agreements of sustained work to get the movement needed. See more about that schedule below.

Talk to our Clients

Nothing is more helpful to our prospective clients than having a conversation with our existing clients. We’d be happy to connect you with executives we work with.

"The principles and models they introduced significantly transformed our results and did so in a short amount of time. We needed greater agility and collaboration and this helped our leaders understand how to create and sustain positive change."

It's All About Results

Leaders like you are hired to deliver results. Nothing matters more than performance. Our success as a firm is built entirely on helping leaders deliver results. While consulting firms like Bain, Boston, and McKinsey focus on strategic plans our work is focused on people management. We are experts in helping executive teams create alignment and generate movement to execute and deliver on their strategic priorities. Our success is measured by an executive team’s ability to deliver the needed performance in areas of patient satisfaction, customer experience, employee engagement and retention, quality and on-time delivery, safety, and innovation and growth.

Our Annual Schedule

We utilize an annual schedule of engagements and touchpoints with our clients to ensure movement. It’s our job to make and state observations and help build accountability for the experiences executives are creating for the broader organization. We generate results through the following methods:
Monthly Coaching Calls
We typically meet virtually with the CEO or business unit president once a month. These calls are results focused and designed to help us know where greater movement is needed on the senior team.
Quarterly On-site Meetings
Our clients typically allocate 2-4 hours of their quarterly offsite or strategic meetings to our team to facilitate the discussion most needed at that moment.
Quarterly Team Interviews
We do virtual calls with each member of the executive team
once a quarter to build relationships and share observations.
Bi-annual Conferences
Many of our clients utilize us for part of their bi-annual meetings involving all people leaders or managers in specific parts of their companies (general manager conferences, sales manager meetings, nurse leader sessions, etc)
Hot Spot Focus
Typically, we are asked to dig in deeper with one or two specific areas of the organization where performance is an issue, where growth is critical, or an acquisition or realignment has taken place.
